If you live in the United States of America and you are brown or...maybe you're not brown but you *empathize* with brown people...if your eyes are wide open...if you can see your sister in the black woman in the video being the recipient of absolute hatred and vitriol for no other reason than the color of her skin...if you can imagine your mother's pain if that unarmed black man who just got shot dead was you or your brother...if you can imagine desperately trying to survive and provide for your family, feeling like your best chance is living in another country -- just getting there first and trying to figure out the rest later...if you can imagine why that black man has lost it and just doesn't want to -- can't BRING himself to comply with what might seem to him like a complete violation of his rights by authorities AGAIN though it MIGHT be the best option for him...if you understand any of this then you KNOW that something, something, SOMETHING'S got to give.
