This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made between all participants ("Participants") in the above-named online vocal class, including the Instructor/Host.

By joining this class, each Participant agrees to the following:

1. Confidentiality: All content shared during the class—including but not limited to voices, performances, discussions, personal feedback, and visual/audio presence—is private and confidential.

2. No Recording: Participants may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of the session without express written consent from all individuals involved. Host may record for instructional and quality purposes. These recordings are intended primarily for internal class review and may be made available to participants at the instructor's discretion. By participating in the class, you acknowledge that recording may occur; however, the instructor agrees not to use, share, or distribute any part of the recording for promotional or public purposes without obtaining express written permission from all individuals visibly or audibly featured. Access to class recordings is not guaranteed and may not be provided for every session.

3. No Distribution: Participants agree not to share, post, publish, or distribute any class content or footage—whether original or altered—on any platform or with any third party.

4. Mutual Respect: All Participants agree to respect each other’s privacy, creative work, and personal expression throughout and after the session.

5. Consequences: Violation of this agreement may result in removal from the class, legal action, or other consequences as determined appropriate by the Instructor/Host.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Douglas County, Georgia, USA.

 

By attending the class, each Participant agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
